Substitutions: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable (e.g., a crop failure or harvest delay), we will contact you to offer a substitution of equal value or a refund for that item.
Variations: Please understand that natural products vary in shape, size, and color. Photos on our website are representative of our harvest but may not be identical to the item you receive.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex via our secure checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Quality Standard: We take pride in our products. Once items leave our farm or are delivered, proper storage (refrigeration, etc.) becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Allergens: Please be aware that our products are handled in a farm environment. If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly before ordering.
Local Pickup: If you choose farm pickup, items must be collected during the designated window. Orders not picked up within a reasonable amount of time may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of the goods.
Delivery: We are not responsible for theft or spoilage if a package is left unattended at your delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide a shaded, secure location.
Due to the nature of agricultural products:
Perishables: We generally do not accept returns on fresh produce.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Yoder's Shamokin Farm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the items in question.
